Candle Burning Tips!
- Always trim your wick to 1/4” before lighting. This will help ensure a longer burn time. A wick trimmer is a great tool to have. If you don’t have a wick trimmer nail clippers also work great! If you don’t trim the wick the flame will get too tall and produce soot even in soy candles.
- A good way to extinguish the flame is by dipping the wick into the melted wax pool and repositioning it in the center. This will eliminates the smoking you get from blowing it out.
- Always burn your candle on a heat resistant surface away from drafts.
